Bringing together molecular, clinical and pathological data to accelerate pancreatic cancer reserch
The Analytics Hub hosts publicly available clinical and molecular datasets from 4 core sources which collectively form the foundation for -omics profiling of pancreatic malignancies and related lesions: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopaedia (CCLE), the Genomics Evidence Neoplasia Information Exchange (GENIE) and the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), with all resources updated to the most recent data releases.
All research data generated from PCRFTB samples will also be accessible from the Hub and made available to the research community. Our data mining and sharing ensures that data can be accessed and re-used by the research community beyond the scope of the project that initially generated it, resulting in immeasurable benefits for researchers, patients and society.
Researchers have access to a range of analytical tools allowing them to conduct complex queries then apply to access PCRFTB tissues alongside detailed information about the tumour type, grade and anonymised donor clinical history.
